ABOUT THE PROJECT

As a subcontractor to Berca Buana Sakti, CV Sarana Mandiri was entrusted with the demolition works as part of the rebuilding of Middle Years School Jakarta. The scope of work focused on dismantling designated parts of the building, using safe and well-measured methods. We applied selective demolition techniques to ensure the main structure remained intact while maintaining the safety of the surrounding environment. Each stage was carried out under strict supervision, with proper equipment and the implementation of comprehensive safety procedures. With this approach, we not only ensured the demolition process was efficient, but also supported the smooth rebuilding of the school without causing significant disruption to the surrounding area.
