PT Nusa Utama Konstruksi acted as a subcontractor for PT Taisei Pulauintan Construction International in the construction of the New Factory Daikin, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Scope of Work: Specialized in high-precision formwork system installation for primary structural concrete casting, including: Substructure & Foundation: Formwork installation for pile caps. Superstructure: Formwork installation for columns, shear walls, beams, floor slabs, and upper beams. Guided by a commitment to schedule efficiency and technical precision, PT Nusa Utama Konstruksi ensured high structural integrity at every stage of concrete execution to support this world-class industrial plant.
