ABOUT THE PROJECT

As a subcontractor to Shimizu Bangun Cipta Konstruksi during the final phase of Branz Mega Kuningan, PT. Nusa Utama Konstruksi delivers a comprehensive range of finishing and construction cleaning services. We are supported by approximately 300 skilled personnel, deployed across architectural finishing, marble polishing, rectification, and final cleaning on site. Finishing — ceiling & partitions — rectification of defects on walls and ceilings to achieve a neat, finished interior. Construction cleaning — post-construction cleaning, including detailed and periodic cleaning until areas are ready for handover. Wallpaper installation & rectification — ensuring wallpaper is installed smoothly and free of defects. Marble polishing — treatment and re-polishing for public areas and restaurants to restore shine and durability. Steel door rectification — support for primary subcontractor activities in repairing and reinstalling steel doors. All work is executed according to SBCK’s high-standard safety SOPs and quality control, with intensive coordination with the main contractor and all related subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and the handover schedule.
