Nusa Utama Konstruksi is a general contractor providing comprehensive construction services in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. We focus on multi-disciplinary works, ranging from structural works, exterior and interior finishing, façade installation, to design and build services. Our team also handles mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, enabling us to deliver integrated construction solutions.

Our company began its journey in the early 2000 under the name CV Sarana Mandiri and has successfully completed hundreds of projects ranging from general buildings and industrial facilities to infrastructure and residential developments. This extensive experience has laid a solid foundation in building our reputation as a trusted partner for a wide variety of construction works.
In 2019, we transformed into PT Nusa Utama Konstruksi, marking a significant step in strengthening our identity as a specialist in General Building and Industrial Building.
