ABOUT THE PROJECT

As a designated subcontractor under the CSC–TPCI JO consortium for the luxury Savyavasa Apartment project, PT Nusa Utama Konstruksi was entrusted with executing the comprehensive Savyavasa Apartment External Works package. The scope of work encompassed high-quality road and pedestrian pavement construction, installation of an integrated site drainage network for effective stormwater runoff management, riverbank protection and canal enhancement to ensure long-term erosion control, as well as premium landscape finishing and foundation structures for outdoor recreational amenities.
