ABOUT THE PROJECT

PT. Nusa Utama Konstruksi was entrusted as a subcontractor by CSC and TPCI for the Savyavasa Apartment project, delivering a series of architectural works focused on functionality, aesthetics, and environmental resilience. We designed and built a comfortable, safe jogging track with proper surfacing, drainage systems, and landscaped finishing, seamlessly integrated into the surrounding green spaces. Along the riverbank, our team carried out canal rehabilitation and edge reinforcement to address erosion and restore flow stability — solutions tailored for long-term durability and reduced environmental risks. For supporting facilities such as gazebos, playgrounds, and sports amenities, we executed foundation works with precise technical planning, selecting methods and dimensions suited to the soil conditions to ensure strength and reliability.
